The Texas Supreme Court recently tolled or stopped the deadline for filing new lawsuits as of March 13, 2020. If you missed your deadline to file suit for your personal injury, car accident, medical malpractice, medical device, product liability, wrongful death or work-related injury which expired between March 13, 2020, it still may not be too late to do so.
